What BengalTigerSafari.com provides
BengalTigerSafari.com is a specialist discovery and enquiry platform. We provide information about tiger reserves, safari experiences and independent wildlife-tour operators in India, and we help match your enquiry with selected partner operators who may be able to assist you. We do not operate safaris, own lodges, employ guides or provide travel services ourselves.
We are not the operator fulfilling the trip
Any safari, tour, accommodation, transport or other travel service you book is provided by an independent operator, lodge or transport provider, not by BengalTigerSafari.com. We act solely as an introduction and enquiry-assistance platform. The contract for your trip is between you and the operator you choose.
Quotations and the operator’s booking contract
After we introduce you to a selected operator, that operator will provide the final quotation, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and its own terms and conditions. Please read the operator’s terms carefully before confirming any booking. BengalTigerSafari.com is not a party to the contract between you and the operator.
Payments
All payments for your safari are made according to the instructions of the selected operator. BengalTigerSafari.com does not collect booking deposits, full trip payments or cancellation fees unless expressly stated in writing by us for a specific service. Always verify payment details directly with the operator before transferring funds.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and amendment policies are governed entirely by the terms of the operator you book with, and by the rules of the relevant forest department, lodge or transport provider. BengalTigerSafari.com cannot override these terms or guarantee refunds. Make sure you understand the operator’s cancellation policy before paying.
Safari permits and availability
All safari permits, park entry, zone allocations, gate assignments and accommodation availability are subject to confirmation by the relevant forest departments, lodges and operators. Availability can change at any time and cannot be guaranteed until the operator confirms your booking in writing.
Wildlife sightings
Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are natural events and can never be guaranteed. No refund, compensation or guarantee is offered if a particular animal, species or experience is not seen during your safari.
Verify the operator’s terms before paying
Before making any payment or confirming a booking, you must review and accept the selected operator’s terms and conditions, cancellation policy, payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions and any travel requirements. If anything is unclear, ask the operator directly.
Limitation of responsibility
BengalTigerSafari.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, performance, cancellation, alteration or delivery of services provided by independent operators, lodges, guides, transport providers or forest departments. We introduce you to these providers in good faith, but we do not control their operations. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, visa, vaccinations, travel insurance and any other documents or requirements needed for your trip. You must also follow the rules of the parks, lodges and operators you visit, including guide instructions and safety protocols.
