What our partner operators do
They prepare, confirm and fulfil your safari.
When we introduce you to a selected safari operator, that operator becomes your direct booking partner. They are responsible for the operational and commercial parts of your trip.
- Secure forest permits and safari entries
- Arrange accommodation near or inside the reserve
- Provide ground transportation and airport transfers
- Collect payments and issue booking confirmations
- Set and communicate their own terms, conditions and cancellation policies
- Deliver the trip on the ground with their own guides, vehicles and lodge teams
